  1. ap < 1.1 × 10-24, bp < 3.0 × 10-6, cp < 8.4 × 10-17: all comparisons were performed under a dominant model. All statistical analyses were done by Fisher's exact test. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was supported under the observed allele frequency in control samples by Exact Hardy-Weinberg test (p-value > 0.1) [18].
