  1. SNP loci were selected by highest global FST whereas STRs were selected by number of alleles. 28 unlinked SNPs = highest global FST for each of the linkage groups. 195 mapped SNPs only includes SNPs > 1 cM distance from next SNP. Different total numbers of escapees in the different data sets is due to differences in numbers of individuals genotyped.
