The loss of diversity was estimated with the allelic richness (A_R), the observed heterozygosity (H_O) and the expected heterozygosity (H_E) in landraces, in modern varieties and in the sub-populations detected by Stucture. The relative loss of diversity was estimated using all SSRs markers for the comparison between the landraces and modern varieties, and using only markers under the assumption of neutrality for the comparisons between Landrace 1 and Modern 1, and between Landrace 2 and Modern 2.
