Bar in part A and C, 2 μm; in part B and D, 0.5 μm. All the mature spermatozoa in the testis of 2nCC and 3nCC had normal structures, indicated that 2nCC and 3nCC were also fertile. In the testis of 3nCC there were certain amounts of vacuoles in the head of the spermatozoa.
