Note that these values can be > 1 because the same haplotype in the source population can count more than once for HS 1 and HS 2 . The amount n indicates sample size. P0, P1, and P2, are the admixture components referring to sequences that match perfectly, differ by one mutational step, or two, respectively, in the database; standard deviations are in round brackets.
