  1. Cells obtained from Figure 6A, B were analyzed for average spindle lengths and sister-centromere separation. (n = 100-150; The p-values of spindle length comparisons were: > 0.05 for SCC1 and scc1-73 at 25°C; ≤ 0.001 for SCC1 and scc1-73 at 32°C; ≤ 0.001(scc1- 73 at the two temperatures).
