B) The percentage of cells containing RFA foci was measured in triplicate experiments and standard deviation was determined. The asterisks indicate strains that do not have statistically significant different frequency of RPA foci compared to mcm2AA (p ≥ 0.05, Student’s unpaired t-test) while the crosses indicate strains that are statistically different from wild type (p < 0.05).
