a, The agouti locus (76.83 cM, 154.6 Mbp) genotype was estimated by D2Mit285 (75.41 cM, 152.6 cM) genotype. We also estimated the agouti locus genotype by D2Mit494 (77.26 cM, 155.4 Mpb) genotype and performed statistical analyses, but the results did not differ greatly.
