Open bar represents DNA samples homozygous for -102C. Solid bars represent DNA samples homozygous for -102T. Crossed bars represent DNA samples heterozygous for the SNP. The fluorescence ratios differed significantly (p < 0.05) among homozygous and heterozygous genotypes.
