  1. Fst was calculated by pairwise comparison of all subpopulations. A high F st implies a considerable degree of differentiation among populations. The negative F st values noted in some cells should be interpreted that there is no genetic differentiation between the two population and likely reflects the imprecision of the algorithm used by the software to estimate this value.
