Standard curves of the Quantitative real-time PCR. Standard curves were constructed using serial dilutions of the ORF segments of the genes recombined into pMD18-T vectors. The log ranges of the standard curves are from 10⁶ to 10² copies. Threshold cycles of each standard dilution point were used to generate the standard curve for each gene. Linear equations corresponding to each standard curve are given, and R² for each standard curve is more than 0.99.
