Scg5 expression is regulated by a strong local eQTL on chromosome 2 and is coincident with QTL for body weight and body mass index in HG2DF2 mice. The plot presents the LOD score profile across the HG2D donor region for Scg5 expression, body weight at 9 weeks and body mass index. Genetic positions in centimorgan (cM) are plotted on the x-axis.
