¹ Antibody titers for to M.B., LPS and LTA are the log₂ of the reciprocal of the antibody dilution.
²Antibody titers to anti-Gal epitope are measured in plasma samples as the agglutination titer of glutaraldehyde stabilized rabbit. Titers are expressed as the double of the column number of the last plasma dilution showing clear evidence of agglutination.
Responsiveness, measured as difference between the Ab titer at day 0 and day 11 post M. butyricum immunization.
ND3-L = line selected for high antibody response to ND3 3 wk after vaccination.
