(A) Semi-quantitative RT-PCR of BoFAD3-1 and BoFAD3-2 expression in developing siliques (25-30 days after pollination, DAP) from wt and two low C18:3 mutant lines. BoPP2AA3 expression was analyzed as an internal control. (B) Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis of BoFAD3-2 using DNA-free total RNA derived from developing siliques (25-30 DAP) from two wt and low C18:3 mutant lines, respectively.
