Phylogeny used to run analyses in PAML, which is based on a number of previous molecular studies[62]. The dashed lines indicate the species in which we found both the loss of a codon and two identical nonsynonymous mutations. Based on this phylogeny, these mutations are found in two distinct lineages - the mulatta group and the Sulawesi group (of which M. nigra is a representative) - and is likely a result of deep coalescence.
