PCR was performed using primers 2B-F and 2B-R2 in lanes 1 – 4, primers 1B-F and 2B-R1 in lanes 5 – 7, and primers ms-F and ms-R in lanes 8 – 10. Positive control was performed using genomic DNA as a template ((+ve), lane 4). Lanes 3, 7, and 10 are without RT as a negative control (−ve). MW is the 100 base pair molecular weight DNA marker.
