Fully conserved amino acid residues in domains 1, 2 (TRA-CAM), 3 (DIP), 4, and TEP region are highlighted in dense blue, yellow, brown, green, and pink, respectively while semi-conservative amino acid residues in those regions are highlighted in paler tones. Serine and arginine rich residues between domains 3 and 4 are in bold red font. The proline-rich residues after domain 4 are in bold blue.
