  1. Effective population size (Ne) was calculated using two values of lowest allele frequency (0.05 and 0.01). Negative values of Ne have been replaced into the infinite symbol (∞). Sites have been ordered from north to south and information about the geographic region where they are placed is provided. The total number of deviations from HWE dropped from 73 to 25 after Bonferroni correction, and from 54 to 7 at LD, respectively
