Expression levels of AtNAP (a), AtSAG12 (b), AtSAG13 (c), AtWRKY6 (d), AtORE1/AtNAC6 (e), AtABF2 (f) and AtHAB1 (g) in WT and transgenic plants. The AtNAP, AtSAG12, AtSAG13, AtWRKY6 and AtORE1/AtNAC6 genes are SAGs. The AtABF2 and AtHAB1 genes are ABA-responsive genes. Total RNA was isolated from five-week-old Arabidopsis rosette leaves. GhActin served as the reference gene. The bars represent the means ± SEs from three independent experiments. Independent t-tests revealed highly significant (**P < 0.01) differences between the WT and the transgenic lines
