Box plots of expression ratios (log2 of fold change vs. wild type) for genes with RPKM values < 1 or > 5 in the wild type. The box plots show the distribution of fold change values with the median value as a horizontal line in the box between the first and third quartiles. Box plots are given without outliers for better visibility. The red line indicates a log2 fold change of 0 (no change)
