Network of interactions between GWAS candidate genes for subclinical ketosis in later lactations (SCK2) using ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA). The network shows direct and indirect interactions between the candidate genes enriched for significantly associated SNPs (FDR < 5%) with two gene hubs tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and leptin (LEP) as two important genes involved in immune system and lipid metabolism regulators. The red label indicates the genes that were enriched for significantly associated SNPs. All the relationships were obtained using information contained in the IPA repository
