Phylogenetic relationships among the identified WRKY proteins in Arabidopsis and I. trifida. The 72 Arabidopsis and 96 I. trifida WRKY protein sequences were used to construct the phylogenetic tree using MEGA7 by the Maximum Likelihood method analysis (1000 replicates). Arabidopsis and I. trifida genes were indicated at the end of the branches. Subgroups I, IIa, IIb, IIc, IId, IIe and III were named according to Arabidopsis. The coloured regions indicate different subfamilies. The blue solid circles and the purple solid triangle indicate the ItfWRKY and AtWRKY proteins, respectively
