Phylogenetic analysis of R2R3 MYB family genes in tree peony and Arabidopsis. The full-length amino acid sequences of MYB proteins were aligned using CLUSTALW and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining method in MEGA5.0. Subgroup names are included next to each clade together with a short name, and the putative functions of MYB proteins in tree peony are annotated alongside the names. Green and orange shading are used to distinguish the different clades
