For each SNP the number of replications where a genotype error occurs in at least one person compared with the number of replications with a significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (p-value < 0.05). These numbers have been calculated for the scenario of nondifferential genotype errors with a mean error rate per locus of 8%.
