The markers sc147_2, VMC9H4-2, and VMCNG4E10-1 flank each side of REN1 in 'Kishmish vatkana', markers SC8_0071_014, sc47_19, and sc47_18 co-segregate with REN1 in 'Kishmish vatkana'. Allele size is given between parentheses in base pairs, the alleles inherited from 'Dzhandzhal kara' are bold faced. Asterisks indicate p > 0.01 for 3 df.
