Variation in IgG isotype responses. FMDV15 peptide specific IgG1 (A) and IgG2 (B) levels following immunisation at weeks 0 and 6 of 195 female cattle. Median (central horizontal line), quartiles (outer horizontal lines) and range (outer vertical lines) shown. Over 90% of the animals at week 0 and week 1 showed a very low IgG2 response. Thus the median and quartiles tend to zero at these weeks. All data is log10 transformed.
