cDNA and amino acid sequence of UNC93A. The entire cDNA of UNC93A is shown with the predicted peptide sequence. Primary structure analysis of the protein has indicated that there is a leader peptide (boxed red) and seven transmembrane domains (boxed blue). The above prediction was obtained by the analysis of the protein by several structure prediction programmes including SignalIP prediction, TMPred, TMHMM, TopPred, PredictProtein, and HMMTOP.
