Strains of the indicated genetic background were transformed with a CEN/ARS plasmid expressing Rpl11b-GFP, and grown at 25°C. A portion of the cultures were then shifted to 37°C for 1 hr and shifted back to 25°C for 35 min before the 37°C -> 25°C samples were taken.
