  1. aGene sources of the giant pandas in the Ya'an-Wolong, Chengdu and Louguantai bases were mainly from the Qionglai, Minshan and Qinling mountain ranges. As a result, we utilized the Fst indices in the study of Lü et al. [18] (0.07 for Minshan ~ Qionglai, 0.18 for Minshan ~ Qinling and 0.18 for Qionglai ~ Qinling).
